About

Emma Lee Bunton is a British singer, songwriter, actress and presenter, known worldwide as a member of the Spice Girls, the most commercially successful girl group in history with over 100 million records sold. In the lineup in which she was known as “Baby Spice,” Bunton helped shape the 1990s pop phenomenon that produced hits like "Wannabe" and established a global cultural brand with albums, tours and a film.

After the Spice Girls' first phase, Bunton launched a solo career in 1999, achieving commercial success with her debut album A Girl Like Me (2001), which debuted at the top of the UK charts, and standout singles such as "What Took You So Long?" Her subsequent releases, including Free Me (2004) and Life in Mono (2006), explored varied sounds and kept her present on the charts.

Alongside her music career, Bunton worked in television and radio, served as a judge on talent shows and hosted programs on Heart Radio, establishing herself as a media personality in the United Kingdom. Her public persona is marked by a reserved yet approachable image, and she has maintained ties with her bandmates through the group's reunions.
