Kenji Gerardo Fujimori Higuchi is a Peruvian businessman and politician, known for serving as a congressman for Lima and for being part of the Fujimori family, one of the most influential in contemporary Peruvian politics. Trained in agronomy, he held executive positions in private companies before entering public life as a founding member of a Fujimorist party. In the 2011 and 2016 elections he was the most voted congressman in his constituency, standing out for his media visibility and ties to the Fujimorist party base.

During his time in Congress, Kenji became notable for his influence in political negotiations, including at decisive moments for the executive branch, which placed him at the center of controversies over deal‑making and exchanges of political support.
