Malcolm X

About

Al Hajj Malik Al-Shabazz, better known as Malcolm X, was one of the greatest advocates for the rights of Black people in the United States.

He founded the Organization of Afro-American Unity, with a socialist orientation. He was a champion of African American rights, a man who managed to mobilize white Americans regarding the crimes they had committed against Black people.

In 1998, the influential magazine Time named The Autobiography of Malcolm X one of the 10 most important non-fiction books of the 20th century.
