Lilith, the supposed Black Moon, should not be calculated or interpreted, because no such body ever existed and its calculation in astrological software refers to the Lunar Apogee, the point of the Moon’s orbit where it is furthest from the Earth.
There are few statistics on the effect of the Lunar Apogee in astrological interpretation, so much of what is attributed to the Lunar Apogee should be considered doubtful.
Renaming the Lunar Apogee as Lilith is a serious mistake, since it needlessly changes the international astronomical nomenclature for this phenomenon.
Beyond what was left by the great names of Mundane and Meteorological Astrology, the only serious and usable work on the effects of the Lunar Apogee is owed to the Sandia Laboratories of New Mexico, for the United States Atomic Energy Commission.
