When the birth time is unknown, the chart is calculated for 12:00 noon without using the astrological houses system. Are the planets in the wrong houses?

Jeff Koons is an American artist and sculptor whose work engages with the appropriation of mass culture and the questioning of contemporary aesthetic values. Trained in painting at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he became known for works that transform everyday objects and kitsch elements into monumental, highly polished pieces often produced with specialized teams.
Among his best-known works are Puppy, a monumental sculpture made of flowers that has been part of the Guggenheim Bilbao collection, and Balloon Dog, from a series of mirrored sculptures that reinterpret inflatable toys in stainless steel. The Made in Heaven series, with explicit photographs, provoked debates about the boundary between pornography and art, while his porcelains and commissioned objects explore popular icons and figures.
Koons has also set market records: his sculpture Rabbit sold at auction for sums that placed it among the most expensive works by a living artist. Collaborations with pop culture include projects for Google and partnerships with singer Lady Gaga. His career is marked by the tension between critical scrutiny and commercial success, establishing him as a central and controversial figure in contemporary art.
